I have had a lot of realtors but Mary Duquette is by far the best. I’ve had a lot of realtors who claim to care but they don't genuinely care more for the client than the sale itself. She pushes for what’s fair, she helps with zoning questions with the town, she arranges quotes for construction before closing and her advice is always humble, knowledgeable, and welcomed.
